Mr Hamant Bahukhandi is a retired and honoured police officer. He was awarded “President's Police Medal” for the Meritorious Service.
He founded Bharoosa in 2015 intending to bridge the disparity in society through various initiatives on education, healthcare, livelihood, sports and capacity building. He has actively led the structuring and scaling up of the organization.
Mr Bahukhandi brings to the table a exceptional combination of ‘can do’ attitude with an invincible inner force to achieve goals, and is totally selfmotivated.

Mr Rrahul Bahukandi is the chairperson of Bharoosa Foundaation. He holds an engineer degree in Computer Sciences. He is also a legal graduate and an MBA. He is passionate about technology, science, sports, and society. He is Bharoosa's visionary who is robust and resolute, and who never give up, even when things get difficult.
With over 15 years of entrepreneurial expertise, he has a knack for developing new & innovative approaches problem solving. He has several notable innovations under his, including Horizon Portfolio Limited and Fox Digitech Ltd.
