Bharoosa Foundaation strives utmost care to process gift in accordance with the guidelines provided by our donors, both online and offline. However, in the odd event that a donation is made incorrectly or if a donor wishes to cancel their contribution, the Bharoosa Foundaation will respond to them within 7 working days of receiving a legitimate reimbursement request from the donor. The sort of credit card or banking instrument used during the transaction will determine whether the donation is promptly refunded. Within two days of making the donation, the donor must make a written request for a refund to Bharoosa Foundaation at that address or by email at team@bharosa.ngo, accompanied with the following documentation:

1. Proof of the deduction of the donation amount.

2. If the donor has already received the donation receipt, they must return the original receipt to us at the addresses shown for our offices.

3. We apologise, but we will not be able to give a donation refund if the tax exemption certificate has already been granted. However, if a legitimate refund request arises as a result of a mistake on the part of Bharoosa Foundaation, we will return the donation and compensate the associated costs.
